Job Description

Title: Project Manager-Residential Projects

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality residential building projects. If you have a strong background in construction project management, we want to meet you!

Requirements:

Minimum 5-12 years of experience in managing residential construction projects

Complete experience should be from residential building

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site coordination

Ability to handle contractors, vendors, timelines, and budgets

Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field

Kannada is mandatory

Bike is mandatory

Male candidate is preferred

Location: Kasturba Rd, Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001
