Manage the complete project lifecycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closure.
Collaborate with government clients (central/state/PSUs) to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Prepare and review RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, and project documentation in line with government guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and system integrators for successful project execution.
Monitor project progress using tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello and report to government stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to government IT policies, data security norms, and frameworks (e.g., GIGW, FISMA, UIDAI norms).
Manage change requests, risk assessments, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain compliance with procurement policies (GeM, eTendering, etc.) and financial reporting procedures.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong understanding of government project frameworks, procurement cycles, and tender processes.
Proficiency in project management methodologies Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid.
Experience working with ministries, NIC, MeitY, UIDAI, PSU, or state departments.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., NIC Cloud, AWS GovCloud, Azure Government).
Hands-on experience in team leadership, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
