Process: - Customer Service Associate (Voice)
Job Role: - 1. Ticket booking. cancellation, Flight delays
2. Solving queries related to Refund and baggage's.
3. Informing customers related to the flights.
Qualification: - HSC / Graduate
Salary: - CTC: 15k and 13k in hand.
Extra Benefits: - Incentives Over Time (we pay the highest over time)
Shift Time & Week Off: - 6 Days working 24*7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts).
1 Rotational Week Off.
Communication: - Fluent English Communication
Transport Facility: - Pick-up or Drop facility available (One side transport available).
