Job Description

Notice Period -Immediate Joiner / 30 days Max

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor production systems and respond to incidents, alerts, and escalations in a timely manner2. Perform root cause analysis and provide fixes for recurring issues3. Troubleshoot application-level issues in Java-based systems4. Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze and resolve data-related issues5. Manage and automate routine UNIX/Linux system tasks6. Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless production operations7. Participate in on-call rotation and ensure 24x7 availability during support shifts

Required Skills and Experience:

1. 8+ years of experience in Production Support or Application Support roles2. Strong hands-on knowledge of Java (debugging, log analysis)3. Proficiency in SQL (querying, data analysis, basic performance tuning)4. Good working experience with UNIX/Linux commands and scripting5. Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics) is a plus6. Ability to handle pressure and manage incidents independently7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
