Now, were looking for a UI/UX designer who can bring those journeys to life through stunning and seamless design, What Youll Do
As a UI/UX Designer at Catalys, you'll bridge performance and design crafting user experiences that not only look great but perform even better, Your Key Responsibilities
Design seamless and responsive UI for web and mobile platforms
Conduct user research, user interviews and competitor analysis to to create and understand user journeys, Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to design seamless user experiences across our tech platforms and campaign landing pages, Translate product and marketing strategies into user flows, wire-frames, prototypes, and final UI designs, Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive user experiences across SaaS products and campaign landing pages, Optimize UI/UX for performance and engagement using A/B tests and user behavior analytics, Ensure brand consistency across all touch-points
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs post development
What Were Looking ForSkills & Experience
3+ years of experience in UI/UX or web design, preferably in a SaaS, digital agency or marketing-focused environment
Proficiency with Figma (and optionally Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools), Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design and usability testing
Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
Knowledge of conversion-focused design practices and data-informed UX optimization is a huge plus, Familiarity with design systems and component libraries for scalable product design, Strong portfolio showcasing impactful marketing or landing page designs
Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Google Optimize, or other UX analytics platforms
