Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding process smoothly.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or Excel.
Ensure timely processing of attendance, leaves, and payroll support.
Handle statutory compliance: PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.
Generate HR reports and MIS as per management requirements.
Recruitment
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct preliminary rounds.
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
Follow up with candidates for smooth joining process.
Administration
Manage office facilities, housekeeping, and general office maintenance.
Handle vendor coordination for office supplies, security, and utilities.
Ensure proper documentation and filing system for office records.
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of HRMS tools & MS Excel
Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Team player with problem-solving attitude
