Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and manage teams handling ARF Post-Retirement and New Business S&I processes. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring SLA adherence, and mentoring team members to achieve performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day activities across ARF and S&I operations.
Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions (e.g., ARF inputting, surrenders, savings updates).
Resolve escalations and support complex case handling.
Conduct team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Collaborate with QA and compliance teams to maintain standards.
Prepare operational reports and contribute to strategic planning.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
46 years of experience in financial operations, with at least 12 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of ARF and investment products.
Experience in team management and workflow optimization.Role & responsibilities
