Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Access Governance & Onboarding
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 8+ Years
Job Summary:
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex business problems through technology? Were looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our Access Governance & Onboarding team within Technology Information Security (TISO). This role involves working across global teams to analyze data constellations, document access management processes, and drive secure, scalable solutions in a dynamic Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders across levels to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Identify patterns and processes around data constellations related to access and entitlement management.
- Collaborate with access control and identity management specialists to document workflows and dependencies.
- Create and maintain high-quality user stories and requirement artifacts aligned with project timelines and quality standards.
- Support IT Project Managers with risk and issue identification.
- Conduct impact analysis for current and future state processes.
- Ensure clarity and alignment of requirements across project teams.
- Contribute to reducing security and operational risks in line with enterprise policies.
- Identify and propose process and product improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in large enterprise environments.
- Strong documentation skills for business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in Access Management, IT Security, or Operational Risk is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SDLC, backlog management).
- Analytical mindset with strong mathematical and statistical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in regulated industries such as finance or banking.
- Exposure to complex metrics design, reporting, and governance frameworks.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and identity lifecycle management.
