Job Description
- You will be responsible for setting up the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) at Jiobp, which includes establishing the team, processes, and methods for executing AI use cases. Working closely with the Chief Data Officer (CDO), you will provide advice on emerging trends, explore research papers, collaborate with start-ups, develop key partnerships, and leverage cutting-edge technologies to create innovative solutions. Together with the CDO, you will develop a compelling vision and multi-year AI roadmap for Jiobp. Your role will involve identifying use cases in consultation with the business, educating stakeholders on the possibilities enabled by AI, and managing the AI agenda to develop algorithms and models that address complex business challenges. You will collaborate with project teams, customer stakeholders, and internal business units to devise creative analytical approaches for solving technical and business challenges. Additionally, you will guide the team on complex use cases and solutions, ensuring effective communication through high-quality documentation and presentations. To excel in this role, you should have a strong proficiency in deep learning techniques, neural networks, and machine learning algorithms. A good understanding of Image and Video Analytics, conversational AI, and Generative AI is essential. Experience in applying deep learning to structured and unstructured data for real-world problem-solving is required, along with expertise in deploying and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models in production environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for technical documentation, reports, and client presentations.,
