Automation Tester Java Selenium (sdet) - Bfsi @ GE Industrial

Job Description

The role requires you to have strong experience in Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET) with a focus on developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated test frameworks. Additionally, you should possess solid experience working in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks, specifically Selenium, Core Java, and Cucumber is essential. You will be responsible for creating and executing automated test scripts, integration testing, and UI testing using these tools. Strong hands-on experience with Core Java for test development and framework creation is required. Knowledge of integrating test automation with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and familiarity with version control tools like Git is also necessary. Good-to-have skills include experience with cloud-based testing platforms and tools, familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, TestNG, etc., experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter), understanding of Agile development practices, and experience working in an Agile team. Additionally, having an understanding of security testing practices, especially in the BFSI domain, is beneficial. The minimum experience required for this role is 5 years of experience in Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET). The preferred experience range is 5 to 8 years, specifically in the BFSI domain with expertise in automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Core Java, Cucumber).,
