Job Description
- You will be working in a shift timing from 4 pm to 1 am under the reporting structure of Project Lead / PM based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should hold a graduate degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in the industry. Your primary responsibilities will include contributing designs, code, tests, and code reviews as a part of a cross-functional product team. You will be actively involved in the development and continuous improvement of platforms, participating in agile ceremonies, and contributing to the overall platform architecture. In terms of technical skills, you should have significant professional software engineering experience in a full-stack environment with expertise in using Python, React, GCP, Kubernetes, and at least one server-side language. A solid understanding of client-side technology such as CSS/HTML/JS, experience with continuous delivery methods, and using data to inform development decisions is essential. Soft skills like self-direction, collaboration, active listening, flexibility, problem-solving, resilience, and enthusiasm for learning will be beneficial for this role. Your responsibilities will also include designing and implementing efficient, reusable, and reliable code, ensuring the performance and quality of applications, writing unit and integration tests, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and providing production support when required. Staying updated with industry trends and technologies, delivering testable and reliable code, and using agile software development practices effectively are expected. Desirable skills include familiarity with BigQuery or similar modern technologies, expertise in data pipelines, event-driven architectures, and machine learning pipelines. The overall project/task description involves being a part of the Customer Projects Development Team to deliver quality products to customers, following secure coding practices, problem-solving independently or as part of a team, possessing excellent communication and teamwork skills, and being capable of learning new technologies quickly. A proactive approach, clear thinking, and decision-making skills are essential for this role.,
