Job Description
- Experience: You should have at least 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance. Job Location: The job is located in Mohali, Punjab. Job Type: This is a full-time position and requires you to work from the office. Eligibility: To be eligible for this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in business, IT, computer science, or a related field. An MBA degree will also be considered. Additionally, you must have hands-on experience with test automation, API tools, and QA frameworks. A strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is required. Job Description: As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the QA team and driving end-to-end quality assurance processes. This role demands ownership, strategic thinking, and collaboration to deliver high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, including manual and automation testing. - Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various types of testing. - Ensure thorough test coverage across all features and platforms. - Perform API testing, database validation (SQL), and UI/UX testing. - Utilize test management tools like qtest, Zephyr, or similar. - Use automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter for testing. - Document and track defects using JIRA or similar bug tracking systems. - Conduct post-release validation to ensure stable product releases. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define quality goals. - Oversee testing timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments. - Establish and track QA KPIs to ensure quality delivery of releases. - Mentor and guide junior testers, conduct peer reviews, and share best practices. - Communicate effectively across teams and present QA findings. - Troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Leadership Skills Required: - Proven experience in leading QA teams for at least 2 years. - Ability to mentor, guide, and collaborate with team members. - Strong communication skills and analytical mindset. - Capable of making data-driven decisions and advocating for product excellence.
