Job Description
- As a Data Integration Specialist (Talend Developer), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions using Talend and other ETL tools. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in data integration, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration of data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and flat files. Your expertise in ETL processes and proficiency in Java will be essential in creating and maintaining ETL workflows and processes to extract, transform, and load data into target systems. In this role, you will be involved in designing and managing data pipelines to support data ingestion, processing, and storage. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time, working closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand data integration requirements. Your strong background in Java development will enable you to develop and maintain custom Java components and scripts to support data integration and transformation needs, ensuring code quality, reusability, and adherence to best practices. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting pipeline performance, resolving issues promptly, and optimizing ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability. Your solid knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and data modeling will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of data integration solutions. Additionally, you will create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data integration processes and workflows, providing regular updates and reports on project progress and data integration activities. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data integration and ETL processes, hands-on experience with Talend data integration tools, and proficiency in Java programming for data-related tasks. A strong understanding of ETL concepts and best practices, experience in designing and managing data pipelines, familiarity with data governance and data quality principles, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration abilities are also required.,
