We are looking for a Lead Consultant - Talend Engineer with extensive experience in Talend Implementation and Architecting, including the latest version. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Talend Development, enhancement, and Migration, with an excellent understanding of tool functions, limitations, and hidden features. Experience in Talend server installation, configuring, and administration is an added advantage. Key Qualifications and Responsibilities: - Understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices - Strong SQL reporting skills for creating custom datasets and analysis - Proven track record in performance tuning and data issue handling - Good knowledge in Banking & Financial domain is preferred - Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Experience with Talend or other ETL tools in medium to large-scale enterprise implementations - Design and development of ETL solutions Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Customers to understand requirements and provide solutions - Lead and guide the team in complex requirements - Design end-to-end solution architecture and guide development teams - Actively participate in knowledge augmentation initiatives - Address customer issues and product feature deficiencies - Plan, execute patches, upgrades, and install Talend Software - Manage ETL refreshes and monitoring - Work closely with data architects to improve Talend environment reliability and scalability - Maintain scripts, documentation, data recovery, and backup Qualifications: - Minimum: B.
