Job Description
- As a DevOps Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for managing Azure infrastructure for single-tenant SaaS applications, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of Azure-based resources. You will also be tasked with maintaining CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment processes and monitoring and maintaining SaaS deployments for US-based clients. Troubleshooting infrastructure and deployment issues, as well as ensuring compliance with SLAs for uptime and performance, will be essential parts of your role. Additionally, you will play a critical role in implementing monitoring tools for proactive issue detection, responding to incidents, and providing resolutions within agreed timelines. Collaborating closely with the development team to ensure smooth deployments and environment parity across staging and production environments will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Furthermore, providing DevOps guidance to enhance overall operational efficiency will be expected from you. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps roles with hands-on experience in Azure and SaaS platforms. Strong expertise in Azure services such as Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Storage, etc., along with proficiency in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions is required. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, as well as solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) are essential technical skills. Soft skills such as being self-motivated and capable of working independently during US time zones are highly valued. Experience in managing single-tenant SaaS architectures and familiarity with compliance standards relevant to the SaaS and private equity domain, such as GDPR, are preferred. This position requires working flexible hours aligned with US business hours to provide seamless support for clients in the US time zone.
