Job Description
- This is a leadership role at Cognizant where how you lead is as crucial as what you deliver. Cognizant leaders drive the business strategy, inspire teams, and uphold the company's values. As a Program Manager, your main responsibility will be overseeing, managing, and building a large Applicant Tracking System (ATS) program, primarily focusing on India with potential expansion to other countries. You will collaborate with various teams such as Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), Talent Supply Chain (TSC), and Operations to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your role will involve leading and managing projects in the Talent Acquisition domain, working closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop project roadmaps, manage budgets and resources, and drive the use of emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will mentor and guide business analysts and project managers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. To be considered for this role, you should possess 15+ years of experience in IT and business/industry, with 5-7 years of leadership responsibilities. Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams, familiarity with project management methodologies, and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization are essential. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field is required, while an MBA will be considered an added advantage.
