Job Description:
We are looking for a mid-level engineer with strong programming and applied machine learning expertise. The candidate should have hands-on experience in building and deploying ML/Generative AI models, with proven skills in NLP and Large Language Models. The role will involve working on scalable solutions using GCP services, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy ML/Generative AI models into production.
• Apply NLP, LLMs/SLMs for solving real-world business problems.
• Implement and optimize MLOps workflows for automation, monitoring, and scalability.
• Build and maintain data pipelines leveraging BigQuery, CloudSQL, Cloud Run, and other GCP services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and enable deployments via Docker/Kubernetes.

Required Skills:

• 24 years of hands-on experience in software engineering or applied ML.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python.
• Expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and MLOps.
• Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLMs/SLMs.
• Proficiency in GCP services (BigQuery, Cloud Run, CloudSQL, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment automation.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Exposure to GenAI frameworks like HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
