Roles and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer.

"Required Experience : 5+ Years of Experience in Service Cloud

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud platform.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality products on time.
  
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and interfaces to integrate external systems with Salesforce.
  
• Implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom UI components development.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to Visualforce pages and perform performance optimization.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in developing Salesforce applications using Service Cloud platform.
  
• Strong understanding of Apex programming language and its application in Salesforce development.
  
• Experience with LWC framework for building custom UI components.
  
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex issues on Visualforce pages.
