Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business needs and technical specifications. Your role will require effective communication and coordination with stakeholders to facilitate project success and drive continuous improvement in application performance. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring among team members to enhance overall team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features and enhancements. - Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.- Experience with configuration and customization of SAP HCM modules.- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Familiarity with integration processes between SAP HCM and other systems. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.- This position is based in Hyderabad.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
