Your typical day will involve collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, guiding your team towards achieving sales growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of services that meet client expectations. You will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships and driving strategic initiatives that enhance business performance. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and align team objectives with client goals.- Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and understanding of client account management. Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D.- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects effectively.- Proficient in strategic planning and execution to drive business growth. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Life Sciences R&D.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
