Job Description
- Manage departmental administrative processes and procedures.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and project activities.
- Maintain asset tagging and inventory.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Keep records, minutes, and databases accurate and up-to-date.
- Generate reports and handle correspondence.
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in policy development and implementation.
- Act as SPOC for "Fun at Work" and coordinate engagement initiatives.
- Drive follow-ups and reporting for leadership meetings.
- Strong planning, organizing, and collaboration skills.
- High integrity and discretion with confidential information.
- Experience in event coordination, project management, and customer experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and AI tools for operational efficiency.
- Ability to manage feedback, training compliance, and integrity sessions.
- Bachelor s degree.
- 1 2 years of relevant experience.
