Roles and Responsibilities:The RPA Architect provides deep technical expertise in managing and developing RPA in the UIPath environment including configuration, development, research, troubleshooting, and user support. This position applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues as well as escalating appropriate issues to UIPath for troubleshooting and resolution. Creates governance documentation and processes, architects and develops the solution.Maintains Orchestrators performance and lifecycle by performing monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, version upgrades; troubleshooting robots problems, coordinating with support functions to solve technical RPA issues, escalating problems to Regional, Global or Direct to Vendor Support. Partnering with direct stakeholders as well as their management to understand the impact of an automated solution setup, helping them to define business KPIs and provide technical solution to meet their expectation. For existing automations, evaluate the risk and define preventive and detective steps to minimize failure probability and overcome the associated business risk. Coordinates with devs in Build and Run teams for proper solution design and best practices adoption and implementation.- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals. - Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in UiPath, must have built in excess of 50 automations, conversant wiht Power Automate- Strong understanding of process mining techniques and methodologies.- Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.- Familiarity with automation tools and their integration into existing systems. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in UiPath - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
