Job Description
Job Title: Tech Quality & Test Engineer EUPS Testing & Support
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Job Summary:
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality engineering? Were looking for a Tech Quality & Test Engineer to join our team and support EUPS (Enterprise User Provisioning System) testing and documentation. This role involves running complex tests on PostgreSQL databases and front-end clients, generating bespoke reports, and providing technical support to stakeholders and users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute complex test cases on EUPS PostgreSQL databases and front-end applications.
- Document solutions at both engineering and user levels for clarity and traceability.
- Provide technical support for EUPS back-end and front-end systems to stakeholders and users.
- Generate custom reports based on business and operational needs.
- Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and performance in all testing activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience writing complex SQL queries, preferably in PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data integrity.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Good communication skills with the ability to document clearly and support users effectively.
- Confident in speaking up and contributing to process improvements and issue resolution.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in enterprise systems testing and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and reporting frameworks.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
