Desired Candidate Profile
Responsibilities:
People Management approx. team size of 40-70 people
Manage staff turnover / attrition to minimal levels and ensure high levels of people engagement
Ensure consistent service delivery and performance against agreed Service Levels
Ensure team awareness of the combined end goals and establish operation objective to meet the client deliverables
Focus on employee training and development, prepare and implement developmental plans
Optimize resource utilization; Manage hiring / staffing requirements
Mentor & groom Team Leaders & high potential resources
Manage proactive and timely Client communication
Monitor the quality and provide feedback to team leaders and processors regularly
Maintain process documents and ensure regular updates
Ensure all updates from client are recorded
Constantly evaluate and adopt measures to improve service levels to meet challenging business goals and aid value creation for the customer
Complete all employee related administrative tasks such as 1-0-1; appraisals, leave management etc.
Key Competencies:
Deep domain understanding of US healthcare (Provider); Provider experience preferred;
Good understanding of medical billing, demographics charge entry, payment posting, denial management, claims
Working knowledge of coding, medical terminology, insurance benefits and appeal processes
High independent thinking skills required to determine root cause of problem and formulate solution
Senior stakeholder management
Ability to partner with businesses / HR & other functions
Project Management expertise including budget allocation & risk assessment
Team Management expertise
Self-starter, analytical bent of mind and value creation
Ability to work under minimum supervision and demonstrate strong initiative
Willing to work extended hours
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Desired candidate profile
Flexible to work Shift Timings between: 18:00 to 03:00 Hrs.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Post-graduate
No of years of Experience: 7 - 10 Years of experience in medical billings
Team Handling experience:2-3 years of experience in Team handling role
