Job Description

Vendor Evaluation: Analyze incoming business requests for new GTM vendor solutions, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with business objectives .
  • Vendor Onboard and offboarding: Ensure Go To Market systems are documented and tracked in IT CMDB
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Security, Legal, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Technical Assessment: Evaluate the technology and platform of proposed vendors, focusing on scalability, integration capabilities, security vulnerabilities, and compliance requirements.
  • Security Review: Collaborate with Cyber Security to c onduct thorough security assessments of vendor solutions, identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities, and recommending mitigation strategies .
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure that vendor solutions comply with relevant industry regulations, data privacy standards, and SailPoints internal policies.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of vendor evaluations, including technical specifications, security assessments, and compliance reports.
  • S alesforce Administration: Setup new 3 rd party vendor solutions, including package installation, connection, and permissions . Depreciate 3 rd party solutions that are no longer used.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Experience with Go-To-Market systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Highspot , Gainsight, Outreach, ZoomInfo)
  • Knowledge of system integration, identity security, and data security
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Salesforce certifications highly desirable
