Role:
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to gather and process qualitative and quantitative data around AWS bills of our customers.
Responsibilities;
Work closely with our AWS Client Services & Analytics team to support them in fulfilling customer requests on AWS billing
Responsible for recurring and ad hoc reporting for various internal stakeholders & customers Responsible for monthly, weekly, and yearly billing reports, trend analysis, and pricing calculations
Maintain Data Hygiene
Ensure accuracy and data integrity
Analyzing all billing procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement
Develop standard templates, and dashboards for various reporting metrics
Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
Develop and maintain trackers for various purposes
Creating innovative Dashboards on the Ticketing tool
Must Have:
1-3 years experience
Should be very good in Analytical Skills and MS Excel skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure excellent attention to detail
Must be an independent thinker and be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to articulate complex topics and interact with stakeholders
