Job Title Hybrid Cloud AIOps Senior Consultant
Experience 3 6 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Consultant with expertise in Hybrid Cloud and AIOps to deliver end-to-end strategy, advisory, design, and implementation services. The role involves working with clients to define transformation roadmaps, strategize intelligent operations, and implementing scalable AIOps solutions across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
Key
- Drive strategy and advisory for Hybrid Cloud and AIOps adoption.
- Lead consulting engagements to design cloud-native, AI-driven IT operations.
- Strategize and implement observability, monitoring, and automation solutions.
- Design and implement AIOps solutions across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- Integrate monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Splunk, Moogsoft, SevOne).
- Automate incident detection, root cause analysis, and remediation workflows.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Hybrid Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, On-prem).
- Hands-on experience with AIOps tools (Moogsoft, Splunk, Netcool (Watson AIOps), Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, etc.).
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code (Ansible/Terraform).
- Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform, Shell).
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and cloud operating models.
Preferred Certifications
- Cloud AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect.
- AIOps/Monitoring Splunk Core Certified Power User, Moogsoft Certified Engineer, ServiceNow ITOM.
