We have urgent Requirement of Compliance Manager in Insurance Department
Offered CTC As per market Standards
Job Locations:- Delhi , Trivandum & Kochi
Age Bar : 21- 35 year
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate in any stream.
- 5 to 8 years experience in BFSI/NBFC sector in Regulatory Compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Devise comprehensive strategies for the insurance vertical aligned with MFLs objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve sales targets, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
- Lead the development and implementation of the national insurance strategy (Life & non-Life) and business plan.
- Expand the insurance business by exploring new markets, products, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with teams to innovate and develop insurance products that cater to customer needs.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with insurance partners, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training and coaching programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the insurance staff.
- Provide guidance and support to the regional heads and product managers on insurance-related matters.
- Manage and oversee the performance of the insurance team across all regions and products.
- Implement performance metrics, analyze data, and initiate corrective measures to optimize results.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the insurance vertical.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance within the insurance operations.
