Position Relationship Manager and Associate Cluster Manager

Department - Bancassurance

A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieving sales targets
Increase in number of active branches
Encouraging bank staff
Arranging training programs for bank staff on products
Increasing productivity

B. MEASURE OF SUCCESS

Achievement of sales target
Relationship Management at Regional/Branch level

C. Qualification / Experience

Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Banca experience will be preferred
