We are looking for a dynamic and customer-obsessed Lead Product Manager to spearhead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Customer Mobile App. This flagship digital asset serves as the primary interface for millions of customers engaging with our health insurance services. - Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for the customer mobile app, aligned with business goals, customer needs, and emerging technology trends.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable outcomes using OKRs and KPIs.
- Customer-Centric Product Development
- Champion user experience by leveraging customer insights, journey mapping, and usability research.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Agile Delivery Leadership
- Partner with cross-functional squads (Design, Engineering, QA, Marketing, and CX) to deliver product features in Agile sprints.
- Act as the Product Owner in Scrum ceremonies backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Claims, Policy Servicing, IT, and Compliance to shape holistic digital journeys.
- Present product updates, roadmap progress, and insights to senior leadership.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Define success metrics for adoption, retention, NPS, and feature usage.
- Use analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel, GA4) to drive continuous improvement.
- Innovation & Market Trends
- Stay ahead of market innovations, competitor strategies, and technology shifts in the mobile health-tech space.
- Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 812 years of total experience with at least 46 years in mobile product management, preferably in a B2C or consumer tech environment.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling mobile apps with high customer engagement.
- Solid grasp of mobile technologies, app architecture, APIs, SDKs, and integration frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.
- Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Experience in the healthcare, fintech, or insurance domain is a significant plus.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills ability to simplify complexity and influence without authority.
- Data-driven mindset proficiency in using tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO) and mobile release management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment.
