The ideal candidate will possess solid SQL and UNIX skills, be adept at troubleshooting across multiple layers, and be comfortable working in a high-availability operational support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational support for Huawei Charging System in a telecom environment.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting across application, network, and host layers.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Understand and work with PL/SQL procedures for data analysis and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement fixes.
Participate in shift rotations to support 24x7 operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2 years of hands-on experience with Huawei Charging System.
Strong understanding of the Telecom domain.
Proficiency in SQL and UNIX/Linux environments.
Good troubleshooting skills across application, network, and host layers.
Ability to understand and work with PL/SQL procedures.
Willingness to work in 24x7 shift model.
Preferred:
Experience or working knowledge in scripting languages such as Perl, Shell, or Python.
Background in telecom operational support.
