Job Description
Key Responsibilities :-
1-Team Supervision:-
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telecallers handling outbound calls for Agency renewals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to enhance productivity and sales quality.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds individual and group targets ( daily ,weekly ,monthly).
- Branch Coordination :-
- Oversee renewal sales activities across 4 to 5 branches.
- Visit branches as required.
2-Sales & Process Management :-
- Monitor call quality and customer interactions to ensure high standards of servie and compliance.
- Guide team members in effective pitching terms to existing customers.
- Track leads conversions, and overall funnel health through internal systems.
3-Training & Development :-
- Keep the team updated with product knowledge and policy changes.
Desired Profile & Experience :-
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
Experience :-
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in team handling role preferably in insurance renewals, telesales, BPO, or channel sales.
- Previous experience in health insurance domain is highly preferred.
Skills Required :-
- Strong leadership, Team management, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer persuasion skills.
- Result oriented with the ability to manage pressure and targets.
- Familiarity with MS excel, and sales reporting.
