Walk-In Drive Assistant Manager - MIS

Experience & Background

• Minimum 4 years of experience. Minimum 1 year working experience in a contact centre environment, preferably within banking operations or related financial services domains. Candidates with both banking process and contact-centre exposure will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the BI teams BAU reporting and handle ad hoc analysis requests.
• Attend stakeholder meetings to understand and clarify reporting requirements.
• Independently author and deliver reports using Excel and BI tools.
• Conduct thorough data validation, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Identify trends, insights, and anomalies to drive business decision-making.

Technical Skills & Tools

• Advanced MS Excel expertise, including formulas, PivotTables, Power Pivot, Power Query, and VBA automation.
• Demonstrated experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
• Ability to integrate and manipulate data from multiple sources for reporting.

Core Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skillsable to translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple reporting tasks concurrently.
