Roles and responsibilities
Maintain calendars arrange, coordinate and prioritize complex scheduling .
Conduct extensive online and off-line research as requested.
Arrange (including selection of date, time, and location) internal and external meetings.
Prepare expense reports.
Handling Clients.
Manage internal/external communications, including social media .
Strategic and Operational initiatives
Letter writing and dealing with telephone and email inquiries.
Creating and maintaining filing systems and also keeping diaries and arranging appointments.
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
Arranging in-house and external events.
Required Candidate profile
Highly motivated, enthusiastic and an excellent communicator both written and verbal
Good Interpersonal skill required.
