Job Description

Developing and Managing team.

Make strategic planning to grow Business for the all B2C & B2B Branches.

Advising clients on profitable Investment opportunities for Equity, Commodity and currency

products

Keeping in touch with customers through personal visits, telephone calls and correspondence.

Creating cross sell and up sell opportunities.

Identifying, acquiring, developing and maintaining customer relationships.

Delivering excellent customer support.

Planning projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities.

Maintaining up to date knowledge of competitor activity, products and services.

Attending and contributing at sales meetings.

Measuring customer satisfaction levels.

Answering product related questions from customers.

Taking on complex customer issues and resolving them.


Core Responsibilities:-


Managing team and its activities

Responsible for developing and increasing overall market share across all the segment

Identifying prospective and generating business from the existing & new clients thereby

achieving business targets

Individual HNI clients sales target

Make strategic planning to grow business & managing relationships with HNI clients &

retail clients

Negotiating mutually profitable Investment opportunities with clients by creating cross

sell and up sell opportunities

Planning projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities.

Attending and contributing at sales meetings

Measuring customer satisfaction levelsRole & responsibilities
