Job Title: Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365, with a focus on customizing and optimizing the platform to meet the specific needs of our healthcare clients. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their operations and patient care capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions for healthcare clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to align with business processes and goals.
- Develop and implement integrations with other systems and applications as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring optimal performance and usability of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to client projects.
- Mentor and support junior consultants and team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365, with a strong focus on technical consulting and implementation.
- Extensive experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 applications, including workflows, plugins, and custom entities.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 development, including C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry processes and requirements is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 are a plus.
