- Mentor other team members and promote a culture of learning and innovation within the team.**Required Skills and Qualifications:**- Minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience in data architecture, data management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in PySpark for big data processing and analytics.
- Extensive experience with Azure Databricks for data engineering and analytics.
- Strong understanding of Azure Cloud Services, including Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Machine Learning.
- Experience with Azure Cosmos DB for building and managing globally distributed databases.
- Solid background in data management, data mining, and data collection techniques.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
