Agile Project Manager

Location: Bangalore, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile software development projects, acting as both Project Manager and Scrum Master.
  
• Oversee the full Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC): requirements, design, development, deployment, and support.
  
• Coordinate with distributed teams Business Analysts, Developers (UI/Backend), QA, DevOps, and Support.
  
• Drive Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and Backlog Grooming.
  
• Deliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) models, ensuring on-time, within scope, and budget delivery.
  
• Partner with stakeholders to align on business goals, provide clear updates, and manage expectations.
  
• Identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and blockers to keep delivery on track.
  
• Promote best practices in software development, coding standards, and architecture.
  
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, with a good understanding of system design and architecture.
  
• Use knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate solutions, support decisions, and assist teams when needed.
