Role & responsibilities
Role is positioned as a Subject matter expert for Soft Skills
Key responsibility includes providing training and upskilling of resources hired as fresh graduates for multiple clients
Content Development: Design and develop new training material and customize existing training material
Design and develop the regular assessments to understand the effectiveness of the training conducted
Track individual performance during and after the trainings and conduct refresher sessions basis training needs identified
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with operations to address the key concern areas in operations arising from knowledge gaps
You may also be required to contribute to core operations and participation in RFI/ RFP for potential customers on need basis
Responsible for conducting training need identification and conduct refresher training sessions, basis need
Must be able to create and publish training dashboards on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis, as applicable
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Soft Skills/ Behavioral training with expertise in voice and accent training
Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory
Excellent Communication & writing skills
Must be able to author well written email messages and contribute to updating any training material for team members.
Must be deadline oriented
Excellent Team Player and Good Decision Making Skills
Experience of working for and with International clients
Should be an excellent team player with great interpersonal skills
