Role purposeAs a Engineer II - Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for fully testing the product or system to ensure it functions properly and meets the business needs. The role will involve creating and implementing testing methods, recording the test results, and providing recommendations to improve software programs based on the results.Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute the various performance tests including Load test, stress test, endurance test, capacity test
Capture and analyze performance test metrics
Design, development and execution of Test Cases, Test Scenarios & Test Plans
Writing and executing GUI, Functional, Regression, Security, and Performance related test cases
Participate in troubleshooting of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause Identification and resolution
Analyze the functional and non-functional requirements and designs Test Scenarios and Test cases-
Coordinating testing activities with Development Team
Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.)Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
Problem-solving and good analytical skills
Prior testing experience
Experience in API testing (using SOAP UI / Postman)
Good knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, computer information systems, or information technology.
