HCL Technologies is looking for an experienced Java Developer with expertise in Java, J2EE, Networking/Telecom, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end module ownership, defect management, customer ticket triaging, and contributing to serviceability improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise, and ensure high-quality support for our customers.
Qualification Required:
BE/B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA educational background
Work Location: Chennai and Bengaluru
Exp: 7 to 10 yrs.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of experience in Java , J2EE, Networking, GoLang(Optional), DB development and support.
- Be the complete owner for the module and work on sustenance, feature tracking, vulnerability, and customer ticket triaging.
- Cross functional working (taking the secondary ownership on other modules).
- Must take care of customer found defects and internally found defects.
- Interact with TAC team, analyze on customer tickets, suggest configuration changes and provide fixes.
- Participate in code reviews, analyze and fi on Coverity fixes, vulnerability assessments, and VTN fixes.
- Suggest serviceability improvements and bring in value additions to the product/component.
- Collaborate with the functionals owners of client side and QA team.
- Provide the regular updates for Customer/Internally found defects
