Job Description
Job Requirements
We are seeking an Engineer Instrument Cluster and HUD domain to drive the development, integration, and delivery of next-generation digital instrument cluster and HUD features. You will own the complete lifecycle of cluster software features from requirement gathering, planning, and coordination to validation and integration ensuring compliance with OEM specifications, safety standards, and real-time performance expectations
- Experience in feature development for core instrument cluster & HUD domains:
- Speedometer, Tachometer, Fuel/Battery, Warning Indicators, Tell-tales
- Navigation guidance in cluster
- ADAS visualizations (L2+/L3), drive mode displays
- Reconfigurable layouts (themes, skinning)
- Turn-by-turn and IVI sync (e.g., media info, calls)
- ISO standards and legal compliance (e.g. ISO26262, FMVSS111)
- Coordinate across HMI, Middleware, Platform (QNX/Linux), Graphics, and UI design teams
- Ensure robust communication between vehicle signals (CAN, LIN) and display interface
- Collaborate with vehicle function teams for signal mapping, validation, and timing requirements
- Support bench testing, HiL/SiL simulation
Work Experience
- Deep Automotive Domain knowledge
- Understanding of Digital cluster and HUD Hardware platform and Software Architecture
- Exposure to Android-based IVI systems for cross-domain coordination
- Very good communication skills and great team spirit
- Fluent in English
- Experience in tools and platforms like:
- Qt, Kanzi, Unity, EB GUIDE, Android studio
- QNX, Embedded Linux, RTOS
- CAN, CANoe/CANalyzer, UDS diagnostics
- Intra and inter ECU communication knowledge.
- Knowledge in FailSafe analysis.
Desired Skills:
- Exposure to SDV (Software Defined Vehicle) architecture
- Experience with Hypervisor-based domains (QNX/Android co-existence)
- Experience in C, C++, Java, Kotlin
- Experience in design diagram tools like Astah, Enterprise Architect, Visio
- Understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers and communication protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailil.
