The candidate will be an integral part of the AskHR team, a high-touch and customer-focused function within BMC HR. The candidate is expected to deliver an exemplary employee experience with every interaction. Candidates needs to be approachable, customer focused, flexible, action-oriented, and innovative along with great verbal and written communication skills. They should have great attention to detail while supporting a broad range of HR activities including data management, benefits administration, offboarding and others. Should be high on integrity while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
  • Benefits Administration including but not limited to Insurances, Leave Management, Provident Fund/ Retirement Benefit, Maternity etc.
  • Employee Data Management - Activations, data changes - Job related and Personal data, terminations, data audit etc.
  • Complete Ex-employee Employment Verifications
  • Issuing Employment & Travel related letters
  • HR Helpdesk Answering employee & ex-employee queries on various HR policies and procedures
  • Offboarding administration
  • Updating HR Policies on Intranet
  • HR System administration
  • Collaborate with other HR support groups to ensure all the assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed within the stipulated deadlines
  • Will be working in EMEA shifts
To ensure youre set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
  • Graduates and Above
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in HR Backend Operations, HR Shared Services OR HR Helpdesk
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Should be fluent in English
  • Requires Problem-solving skills.
  • Technically sound. Should have hands-on experience in using MS Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. for day-to-day work
  • Strong Customer Service skills. Should be customer focused.
