Role and Responsibilities:
As a marketing data enrichment and strategy contributor, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing strategic data initiatives across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the roadmap for data enrichment and acquisition initiatives, ensuring ICP and buying committee coverage.
Evaluate, select, and manage third-party data vendors (e.g., ZoomInfo, Smarte, i4Business) to close data gaps and maximize ROI.
Deliver consistent reporting and in-depth analysis on account and contact data quality, health, and coverage.
Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, and Demand Gen to ensure enriched data supports account scoring, lead routing, and segmentation.
Collaborate with IT and database teams to integrate enrichment tools into CRM and MAP platforms.
Establish and enforce data governance best practices, including documentation, hygiene standards, and training programs.
Create enablement programs so Marketing, SDRs, and Sales teams confidently use enriched data for campaigns and pipeline generation.
