Strong understanding of YouTube content formats across long-form & shorts Proficiency in YouTube Studio, analytics dashboards, and audience development best practices. Sharp eye for content knows what makes a video clickable, watchable, and shareable. Strong organizational and executional skills can independently manage complex workflows and tight timelines. Bonus: Experience in finance, fintech, trading, or working with content creators in these domains.You will be mining through these tasks:Channel Ownership & Strategy Manage end-to-end programming and performance of the CoinDCX India Ka Crypto Coach YouTube channel. Define and maintain an effective content calendar covering all funnel stages from Live Trading to Podcasts to How-To walkthroughs. Monitor YouTube trends, algorithm shifts, and format innovations (Long-form, Shorts, Community) to evolve our content and distribution strategy. Use platform insights and competitive tracking to recommend optimizations that drive subscriber growth, engagement, and conversions.Content Execution & Coordination Coordinate with internal teams (brand, product, compliance, creative) and external stakeholders (editors, creators) to ensure timely rollout of planned videos. Maintain content hygiene across uploads from YouTube seo, thumbnails, tags, and titles to playlisting and content scheduling. Ensure all content is optimized for performance and adheres to brand tone, compliance, and platform guidelines.Analytics & Reporting Own weekly and monthly reporting of channel performance watch time, views, CTR, subscriber growth, retention, etc. Provide data-backed insights to inform creative and strategic decisions.
