OSS Architect - Product and Customer Systems
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced OSS (Operations Support Systems) Architect to join our Product and Customer Systems team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and overseeing the architecture of our fulfilment and inventory management systems, while ensuring seamless integration with our telecommunications network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of OSS solutions for product and customer systems
- Develop and maintain expertise in fulfilment and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align OSS architecture with business objectives and customer needs
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of OSS solutions
- Conduct stakeholder management, facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical teams
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in OSS and telecommunications
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of OSS tools and technologies
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation and standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an OSS Architect or similar role in the telecommunications industry
- Strong expertise in fulfilment and inventory management systems
- Extensive experience in telecommunications network architecture and operations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in OSS/BSS integration and API development
- Knowledge of industry standards and protocols (e.g., TMF, ETSI, 3GPP)
- Experience with cloud-based architecture and microservices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Certifications in relevant technologies or architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, Azure)
- Experience with 5G network architecture and related OSS components
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in OSS environments

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans
- Proficiency in architectural modeling tools and techniques
