Job Description

L400 BA Engineer-

• Technical skill set Python, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Jenkins CI/CD, Automation frameworks
• Proven experience in developing automation frameworks using Python
• Strong knowledge in Robot Automation framework and tools
• Good knowledge in L400 Applications
• Good knowledge of the Life Insurance Line of Business covering Policy Administration, Claims, and Billing
• Responsible for Daily Status Reporting, Weekly Status Reporting and Client Communications.
• Participate in Agile Ceremonies
• Facilitate team meetings and clarifications sessions with other team members
• Strong Knowledge in Jira Management and Confluence Reporting
• Should be able to create and publish automation metrics such us Automation ROI.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
