Project Manager - Software Development/Maintenance & Package Implementation

Responsibilities:

- Lead project independently (Fixed and T&M) in areas of software development, maintenance and package implementation

- Take end to end responsibility for customer satisfaction, contract fulfilment and project profitability

- Manage scope of the project during its execution including change requests

- Communication with relevant stakeholders during the life of the project

- Perform to organization norms on metrics (eg effort, schedule and defect rates)

- Manage relationships with clients

- Develop statements of work (SOWs) for new projects

- Identify and manage risk during the project life

- Create a motivated high performance team

- Give formal and periodic feedback to individual team members

- Ensure software engineering guidelines and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, M.Tech - Any Specialization
