Job Title: QA Automation Testing (Hybrid Framework)

• Skills : Java, Selenium, Test automation, Hybrid Framework (Mandatory)
• Experience Required : 5-7 Years
• Location: Indore/Pune /Remote
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with proven expertise in Java/JavaScript automation using Selenium and Playwright. The role requires hands-on technical ownership, framework building, and collaboration with global teams (including overlapping with US time zones for 2-3 hrs).

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks (Data Driven, Keyword, Hybrid).
• Build and enhance Web and API automation using Selenium (Java/JavaScript) and Playwright.
• Implement backend testing using SQL, CSS, and XPath queries.
• Define automation strategy aligned with project requirements.
• Integrate frameworks into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Perform parallel execution & cross-browser testing with BrowserStack / Selenoid.
• Create test strategies, test plans, reports, and client-facing presentations.
• Mentor and lead a small team (25 members).
• Stay updated with modern automation practices and tools.

Must-Have Skills:

• Programming: Java, JavaScript
• Automation: Selenium (Hybrid, Keyword, Data Driven), Playwright, API Testing
• CI/CD: Jenkins integration
• Cross-browser automation: BrowserStack, Selenoid
• Strong debugging, coding, and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 2 years team-leading experience
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills

Good to Have:

• WebDriver.IO or similar frameworks
• Performance testing (JMeter), Security testing exposure
• DevOps practices and tool integration
• Hands-on database testing

Qualification & Certification

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of Automation Testing experience (Java/JS with Selenium)
