Job Description
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability as Technical Program Manager in a software or system development environment with at least 15+ years of experience
- Extensive experience in Requirement analysis, Technical design, Middleware/ SOA/ Microservices or equivalent Application integration experience.
- Experience in iPaaS platforms like Boomi, Workato , Celigo an added plus
- Solid technical capability in Cloud Integration, API integration or any cloud development experience
- Excellent client communication skills, Ability to understand customer problem, technical challenges, design challenges, manage scope and risks.
- Strong Analytical skills, Excellent communication and articulation skills
- Working experience in Agile environment and guiding the team through the complete SDLC cycle.
- Excellent people management skills. Experience in managing 20+ team members
- Experience in working and coordinating with cross functional teams/multiple Vendors
- Experience in handling multiple vendors in multi-cultural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team to ensure successful project delivery
- Ability to manage multiple clients, multiple stakeholders simultaneously, provide thought leadership, provide multiple viable solution options, derive value and articulate to client
- Collaborate with client business stakeholders to understand requirements in business terms and translate that into technology output, provide strategic suggestions to client
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage scope creep, articulate it to client and manage change request process
- Ensure project is executed with in budget, manage service quality and cost to ensure profitability and continued success
- Mine existing accounts for new opportunities and provide support to sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence
- Provide leadership to the team by attracting and hiring talented individuals, setting goals and communicating clear expectations, providing timely and constructive feedback as well as meaningful developmental opportunities, managing performance, providing resources and support as needed, and sponsoring and leading team members through change.
- Driving team to ideate and innovate. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and recommend innovative approaches to drive business impact
- Ensures teams adhere to company methodology, policies, standards, and controls; provides team members training opportunities in different methodologies, models, and processes
- Should be willing to work in Australia and Singapore time zone.
